Dog training with a focus on the practice of calmness.

Redefine your relationship with your dog. Lovingly lead them toward their Chilled & Fulfilled potential.

Is this your dog?

  • Being dragged along the footpath at any point in your daily walk is not a relaxing way to be with your dog and can cause frustration and resentment. How are things for you when you arrive at the dog park? I love to show people how to quickly achieve the “loose leash walk” where your dog walks in sync with you, looking to you for guidance and direction in a calm, happy, follower state.

  • It’s all very cute when they’re a puppy but very quickly people stop enjoying all that attention seeking behaviour your dog has learned. Jumping on children is a risk to their safety and can be the catalyst for a child’s lifelong fear of dogs. Having effective control of your dog and the skills to bring about calmness instead of excitement makes for a enjoyable experience for all.

  • Barking is a natural behaviour for dogs, and you might even like it when your dog barks if a person approaches the door but when your dog barks excessively, it can cause all sorts of problems for you and your neighbours. Barking is often a symptom of other issues which are linked to stress, anxiety and/or a lack of leadership or fulfilment. Let’s sort those out and give peace a chance ✌️.

  • Are you dreading the moment you see a person with their dog walking toward you on the same side of the street? or do you wish you could bring your dog to a cafe and have them sleep under the table rather than guard it? I know what that’s like - it sucks. Complete avoidance is not a solution in my books so let’s get to work and teach your canine to be cool, calm and collected.

  • Whether you have a Covid canine or a recent rescue, a life of suffering from separation anxiety is not a good life for any being. Sadly, many people are now medicating their dogs before engaging in training. The greatest gift you can give your anxious dog is to teach them them that they have the capacity to cope with and resolve anxiety on their own, so they can become confident, independent and relaxed with and without you.

  • Sick of chasing your dog around the park trying to get them on leash? Or maybe your dog listens to you, only sometimes… If you’d like to give your dog off leash freedom, you must be able to have reliable recall in all circumstances. Let’s build value in you, so your dog loves coming to you, no matter what is going on for them.

  • The unexpected financial costs of living with a destructive dog grows quickly and leads for lack of trust, resentment and tense energy between dog and guardian which can exacerbate the behaviour. It can be linked to separation anxiety, lack of stimulation or even a lack of boundaries so let’s just break this cycle and move forward. Chilled & Fulfilled dogs are too busy chilling to chew up your new couch.

It’s all good, I’m here to help

“I just want my dog to be calm, happy and to listen to me. I want my dog to be one I can take anywhere, that isn’t always over-excited and knows how to calm down, so I can relax. I want my dog to respect the boundaries I set and be the dog that my family and friends love to be around.”
